Live a fiber fanatic’s fantasy at the Spinners’ Market. Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the market is your opportunity to discover, explore, and purchase all those luscious fibers, necessary books, and longed-for tools.
No get-together of spinners would be complete without an opportunity for sharing work. The Spinners’ Gallery is a way to showcase everyone’s handspun projects. All skill levels are welcome, so don’t be bashful. You may bring up to three pieces to be included in the display.
Show off your handspun garments at the informal fashion show on Thursday night.
Enjoy live music as you socialize with SOAR attendees on the last night of your stay. Door prizes abound as the evening unwinds.
A silent auction for the SOAR Scholarship Fund will be held at the end of the week. Since its inception in 1995, the scholarship fund has helped over forty-five recipients attend all or part of SOAR.

from our on-board, local tour guide.
On arrival, we’ll enjoy a guided tour of the museum, outdoor dyeing demonstration,
