Help with Project Collections

Question: How will I get a link to the Project Collection?

Answer: To receive the link to the project collection, you must click the "Return to Merchant" button in PayPal after completing your purchase [See example]. Clicking that button returns you to the Interweave Press website and automatically e-mails you an order confirmation. The link to the project collection is at the bottom of the Interweave Press order confirmation.

Question: When will my project collection arrive?

The project collections are only available as a PDF download on your computer; they are not a traditionally printed book. You will not receive a copy of the project collection in the mail. (See What is an project collectionk? for details.) The e-mail order confirmation normally arrives within a few minutes after you complete your order. If you don't receive it (or you don't click the "Return to Merchant" button in PayPal), please contact Customer Service at customerservice@ interweave.com or (800) 272-2193. A Customer Service Representative will verify your order and e-mail your project collection.

Question: I'm getting an error message that states I've downloaded the project collection too many times, but I still don't have a copy! What should I do?

Answer: You are receiving this message because you exceeded the number of downloads (or download attempts) permitted. Contact Customer Service at (800) 272-2193 or customerservice@interweave.com. A Customer Service Representative will verify your order and e-mail your project collection. To avoid receiving that message in the future, save the project collection to your computer (for directions, see Saving a PDF File to Your Computer). A PDF saved to your computer can be viewed (and printed) as many times as you like.
