Description
Cables, bobbles, colorwork, and crocheted buttons – all in this sporty cardigan. The lower body and sleeves are worked in a bold Aran pattern, then the yoke is worked in a subtle two-color Fair Isle pattern. A simple twisted “braid” punctuates the boundary between the two and is repeated at the neckline. The waist and sleeves are edged with a reverse stockinette-stitch roll. The button and buttonhole bands are worked in one piece with the fronts. Crocheted buttons resemble the bobbles and pull the whole look together.
