Description

This top-down sock uses an innovative stranding technique to create a double diamond lattice that appears to float on the surface of the sock. Alice combines a Cat Bordhi-inspired wedge heel with her own shadow wraps to create a quick and comfy heel.

Finished Size: 6½ (7½, 8½)” (16.5 [19, 21.5] cm) foot circumference, 7¼ (8¼, 9¼)” (18.5 [21, 23.5] cm) leg circumference, and 8½ (9, 9½)” (21.5 [23, 24] cm) long from back of heel to tip of toe; foot length is adjustable. Socks shown measure 7½” (19 cm).
Yarn: Socktopus Sokkusu Original (100% superwash Merino; 433 yd [396 m]/4¼ oz [120 g]): triton, 1 (2, 2) skein(s).
Needles: 34 sts and 52 rnds = 4″ (10 cm) in St st; 35 sts and 88 rnds = 4″ (10 cm) in Deuce patt.
