Joanna Johnson is the author of Phoebe’s Sweater, Freddie’s Blanket, Phoebe’s Birthday, and Green Gables Knits. In addition to being a children’s book author, she is also a knitting and sewing pattern designer. She and her illustrator husband, Eric, co-own their independent publishing company, Slate Falls Press, and live in Colorado with their three creative children.
